Ashley Bupp is a seasoned events professional with more than two decades of hospitality experience creating seamless, thoughtfully executed events. She began her career in Washington, DC, where she quickly rose to Meeting Director within the hotel industry, managing events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions.

She later brought her expertise to the Smithsonian’s National Zoo, producing complex events for up to 5,000 guests, overseeing vendor teams, guest logistics, ticketing operations, and elevated VIP experiences for the organization’s signature fundraising events.

Now based just outside New Orleans, Ashley blends her Northern precision with Southern hospitality to deliver polished, memorable celebrations. Whether orchestrating her team, collaborating with top-tier vendors, or managing large-scale event installations, she thrives on the energy of event day and is proud to be part of the vibrant New Orleans event community.
