LED Marquee FAQ

Our marquee letters and numbers stand 3 feet tall, with widths that vary by character. Phrases may also be stacked for a layered display.

Our LED Marquees are crafted from high-quality metal and finished with a powder-coated white paint for a clean, modern, and bright look.  No bulbs. No glass. No heat. Just fun.

Yes! Our marquees can be installed both indoors and outdoors. We do require a backup plan in case of inclement weather. While the marquees can withstand light rain, they must be moved indoors during heavy rain or high winds. For safety, outdoor installation is not permitted if wind gusts exceed 15 mph at any time between setup and teardown.

We can set up on any level surface, including grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, cement, pavers, and sports courts.  For safety and to prevent damage, we cannot install on gravel, rocks, dirt, or uneven surfaces. If you’re unsure about placement, our team is happy to recommend the best setup location during planning.

Yes! Color-changing LED lighting is included in your rental. Choose from over 180 preset color effects — and we can even sync the lights to pulse with your music. Custom inserts are available upon request.

Balloon FAQ

Indoor: Many air-filled balloon designs can last for weeks indoors! Longevity depends on the environmental conditions of the space. Our helium-filled balloons will float for at least three days when used indoors, and often much longer.

Outdoor: We cannot guarantee balloon longevity outdoors, especially during the hot Louisiana summer months. Sun, humidity, heat, wind, and rain all affect lifespan. If an outdoor installation is required, we recommend placing balloons out of direct sunlight, in a shaded area whenever possible.

Delivery and installation fees are based on event location and start at $100. Most décor items include a standard setup fee; however, additional setup charges may apply for complex installations or when special rigging, frameworks, or equipment are required. An additional fee may also apply for post-event pickup or balloon removal.

Yes — but only for specialty balloons featuring custom prints, logos, or personalized messaging. Please note that if client-provided balloons are defective or burst during or after inflation, the full balloon cost will still be charged. We cannot guarantee the quality or longevity of balloons not supplied by Tu Twinkle.

Yes! Pick-up is available in Mandeville by appointment. Please ensure your vehicle is cleared and has sufficient space to safely transport your balloons. Tu Twinkle is not responsible for balloons that pop or deflate once they leave our care.
